Color Variability in Custom DTF Prints Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing involves various factors that can influence the final colors of prints. These factors may include, but are not limited to, variations in the film batch, ink batch, adhesive batch, white layer thickness, software color profiles, graphic color profiles, substrate color, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, and storage time. Additionally, color shifts may occur when converting files to the CMYK color profile.

Due to these factors, which may be beyond our control, there may be inconsistencies in color between print jobs. Consequently, we do not offer replacements or refunds for custom prints based on color differences. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations in color outcomes.

FAQ's

How long will my order take?

After ordering, transfers take 2-3 business days to produce. If you’ve selected Express delivery we will then post with your selected 2-day or next day delivery. If you’ve opted for Standard delivery we post tracked USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground Mail which takes 3-4 days.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, tracking will be emailed to the email address you provide when placing your order. The transfers will not fit through most mailboxes, however couriers will sometimes leave packages in safe places or with neighbors, so always check your tracking.

I've made a mistake, what can I do?

Unfortunately once you have paid for your transfers at checkout we cannot make any changes. So be careful when uploading and positioning artwork. Proofread - we do not amend spelling! However we know mistakes can happen, so can offer reprints at a reduced price if you need reprints due to mistakes. Please email us at support@transfersuperstars.com and let us know your changes.

Can I send direct to someone else?

Yes, at checkout you can enter another address for delivery.
