Kureiji, Inc. (dba Transfer Superstars) respects intellectual property rights and maintains a policy of responding to valid DMCA takedown notices.

Important: Transfer Superstars is a custom print-on-demand service. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have full legal rights to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or content they submit for production. Submitting infringing content is a violation of our Terms of Service and applicable law.

1. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork

1.1. By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to reproduce all content in your submitted artwork files, including logos, images, text, trademarks, and character likenesses.

1.2. Transfer Superstars does not screen or pre-approve submitted artwork for intellectual property compliance. We rely on your representations that your content is lawfully submitted.

1.3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transfer Superstars and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from any actual or alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights through your submitted artwork.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content on our Website or produced through our services infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent.

2.1. Required Information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

Your notice must include all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list;
Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., specific URL);
Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Note: Only verified DMCA Takedown Notices should be sent to the Copyright Agent. Takedown Notices that do not substantially comply with all requirements may not receive a response. General inquiries should be directed to the support email above.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA Takedown Notice, Transfer Superstars will: review the notice; investigate and disable access to the allegedly infringing material; notify the user who submitted the content; and document the action taken.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

4.1. If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location;
A statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

4.2. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action during that period.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Transfer Superstars maintains a repeat infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Misrepresentation & Abuse

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Submit notices in good faith only.

7. Our Own Intellectual Property

The Transfer Superstars name, logo, Website content, and original creative materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Kureiji, Inc., protected by U.S. and California copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
