【CARE INSTRUCTIONS】 - Hand wash when possible. Avoid direct pressure washing and extreme temperatures. Always test before applying in bulk for production.

【ARCHIVING INSTRUCTIONS】 - Properly stored, UV DTF transfers can last 6 months to 1 year before use. Ideal storage conditions. Store transfers flat in a weather sealed bag or container. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Maintain temperature between 60-85°F with humidity around 35-65%. Avoid folding or creasing the transfers.

Color Variability in Custom DTF Prints Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing involves various factors that can influence the final colors of prints. These factors may include, but are not limited to, variations in the film batch, ink batch, adhesive batch, white layer thickness, software color profiles, graphic color profiles, substrate color, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, and storage time. Additionally, color shifts may occur when converting files to the CMYK color profile.

Due to these factors, which may be beyond our control, there may be inconsistencies in color between print jobs. Consequently, we do not offer replacements or refunds for custom prints based on color differences. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations in color outcomes.

Artwork Guidelines

  • Small details must be at least 6px for adequate adhesion.
  • When possible, resolution should be at least 300dpi, but we can accept as low as 72dpi.
  • We recommend vector files (ai, pdf, eps, svg), but will also accept raster files (png, jpg) Other file types submitted may print with lower quality, especially if resized.
  • Do not mirror your image
  • Ensure your artwork is saved at the exact size you want it to print.

How To Apply DTF Heat Transfers

Apply UV DTF stickers using a squeegee tool (as shown) or credit card

  1. Prepare surface by cleaning using paper towel and mild detergent (using rubbing alcohol is not recommend)
  2. Peel white backing
  3. Position onto smooth flat surface
  4. Squeegee with firm pressure over design 5 times
  5. Peel the clear transfer like a banana slowly
  6. Squeegee again with firm pressure to seal the edges of the design 5 times

UV DTF Stickers are not recommended for application directly onto silicone, fabrics or textiles. The ink and adhesive are formulated for hard surfaces.
