Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your Order within 7 days, provided the artwork has not yet been approved or your order has not been paid.
  • To cancel, please reply to your order confirmation email received from We will process your reimbursement within 14 days via the original payment method, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
  • Your items must be in their original state: unworn, unused, tagged, and boxed as when first received. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
  • Custom-made or clearly personalized Goods are not returnable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless required by law.

Initiating a Return:

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us at the address above. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery.
  • Upon accepting your return, we’ll share a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Remember, items returned without prior notification won’t be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We’re committed to rectifying the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items:

  • We can’t accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item’s return eligibility.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.


  • For the quickest exchange on returnable items, return your item, then place a new order once your return is processed.

EU Customers:

  • EU shoppers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns for any reason, provided the item remains in its original condition with proof of purchase.


  • We’ll inform you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary, so please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund.
