Direct to Film (DTF) heat transfers are a state-of-the-art heat transfer technology that has only begin to popularize around 2019. We have since spent countless hours through trial and error to get to where we are now with beautiful transfers that feel and stretch like water based screen printing, but with the ability to print full color graphics and adhere to most fabrics. Graphic designs are printing onto a special formulated PET film transparency using water based inks. Then the film is coating with an adhesive powder, which will then adhere to fabrics during the final application of the heat transfer using a professional heat press. Our facility prints with 24″ wide format printers which allows us to create large transfers suitable for a variety of print applications.
